The AI assistant for your whole clinic.

It takes on the work around patient care, from the first message a patient sends to the follow-up months later, and prepares every next step. Nothing reaches a patient until your team approves it.

Free to start. Nothing sends without approval

Nothing leaves without you.

ClinDesk prepares. A clinician or a trusted team member approves. That order never changes, and it is the reason a clinic can hand over this much work in the first place.

Every patient-facing action waits for a person.

Hi, can we move my Thursday appointment to the afternoon?
Of course, Carmen. I've moved you to Thursday at 3:30 PM. See you then.

Everything around care.

Work reaches a clinic in every format there is. ClinDesk takes all of it, does what it can, and hands back something ready to approve.

01

Everything a patient sends, understood.

0:14
Yes, tomorrow at ten thirty works perfectly for me. Thank you so much.
  • Answers the clinic's WhatsApp

Patients write to the number they already have. ClinDesk reads the thread, drafts the reply, and waits for you.

  • Hears voice notes

A fourteen-second voice note becomes text the team can act on, in the language it was spoken in.

  • Reads photos and documents

A referral letter, a lab sheet, a photo of a rash. It pulls out what matters and files it where it belongs.

  • Answers in the patient's language

Patients get replies in the language they wrote in, while your records stay in one.

02

The next step, already prepared.

  • Moves appointments

Connected to the clinic's calendar. It finds the slot, proposes the change, and writes the message that goes with it.

  • Runs the recurring work

Recalls, follow-ups, reminders. The work that slips first on a busy day.

  • Looks things up safely

Public sources when a question needs one, with no patient identifiers in the query and the source attached to the answer.

03

A record anyone can check.

  • Keeps chart details tied to their source

Every detail it records stays attached to the message it came from, so anyone can open the original.

  • Learns how your clinic works

Your tone, your rules, your exceptions. Yours to read, edit, or delete at any time.

04

One decision, wherever you are.

  • Travels with the team

iOS, Android and the web. Approve from the treatment room, the front desk, or the car park.

Where your clinic's work lives.

ClinDesk is a hosted service. Conversations, records, media, drafts and everything the assistant has learned are held in our systems, and the assistant reads them there to prepare your work. Patient data leaves the clinic, so we say who holds it rather than implying nobody does.

  • Held in ClinDesk's infrastructure, not on a clinic computer
  • Every company that holds or receives it is named in the privacy notice
  • Your clinic is the data controller, ClinDesk is the processor
  • Export or delete your clinic's records whenever you ask

Built for clinics.

The work around care looks the same in every specialty: understand what arrived, gather what is needed, prepare the next step for a person to approve.

Mr. Ellis was discharged yesterday and the hospital note says he needs follow-up within seven days. Can you find a suitable appointment and prepare a reply?
  • Read the patient chart
  • Checked this week's schedule
  • Drafted a WhatsApp reply
Prepared result

The discharge note requests a follow-up this week, and Dr. Ahmed has an opening Thursday at 11:20. I kept the reply to timing and preparation, without adding medical guidance. Want me to propose that appointment to Mr. Ellis for your approval?

I do house calls all day, so my clinic is my phone. I ask the assistant to move a visit or answer a patient, and the work and the message are ready for one approval.

What it takes to start.

  1. 1

    Create the clinic

An email address is enough. No card, no install, no call. Tell your assistant the clinic's name and the kind of care you give, and it is ready to work.

  2. 2

    Connect the clinic's WhatsApp

Your existing business number keeps working exactly as it does today, on the same phone. It is reversible from both sides, and it does not touch your voice or video calls.

  3. 3

    Approve the first few

Watch what it prepares and decide each one. When the free allowance stops being enough, upgrade from the web. Setup help and support are included.

Free to start. One price when you outgrow it.

Free is the real product with a monthly allowance of assistant work. Pro removes the allowance. Either way it is the whole clinic and everyone in it, with no per-seat pricing, no modules to add, and no setup fee.

Start free14-day money-back guarantee on the first Pro charge
  • Free needs no card. Your price and any tax appear at checkout when you upgrade.
  • Cancel anytime. The clinic returns to Free and keeps its records.
  • Free: every capability above, with 250 handled runs a month
  • Pro: the same, without the allowance
  • Unlimited patients and messages on both
  • Apps for iOS, Android and the web

What clinics ask before they start.

Where is our patient data stored?

In ClinDesk's systems, in the United States. Patient chats, charts, voice notes, photos, drafts, approvals, and clinic memory are held there, not on a computer at the clinic. Patient data leaves your premises, and the privacy notice names every company that holds or receives it.

Who can read patient messages?

Your team, and the AI provider that produces the drafts. To prepare a reply, a transcription, or a chart update, ClinDesk sends the message content and the chart context needed for that request to a model provider. Messages also pass through Meta, because they arrive on WhatsApp. We do not permit our providers to train on your clinic's content, and patient data never reaches our billing, email, or advertising systems.

What does the clinic need to run it?

An internet connection and either a phone or a browser. There is nothing to install on a clinic computer, no memory requirement, and no machine that has to stay switched on. If you want ClinDesk to answer the clinic's WhatsApp, you also need a WhatsApp Business number, which is optional.

Will it message a patient or change the schedule without us?

No. Your assistant drafts replies and prepares tickets, then shows the context and sources it used. A clinician or trusted team member can approve, edit, or dismiss each ticket before anything patient-facing happens. Clinical decisions always stay with the clinician.

Do patients need a new app or phone number?

No. Your assistant answers the clinic's WhatsApp, and patients keep writing to the number they already know. Your team reviews the work from the ClinDesk app or the web.

Do we have to replace our current systems or migrate everything first?

No. You can start with the clinic's existing WhatsApp conversations and let your assistant build the clinic's records from the work it handles. If you need to bring over existing records or fit ClinDesk around another system, contact us first and we will map out what is practical.

What happens if the internet goes down?

ClinDesk pauses. It is a hosted service and there is no offline mode, so while the connection is out nothing new is prepared and the records are not readable from the clinic. Patients can still write, and their messages arrive once the connection is back.

Does ClinDesk give medical advice or replace our staff?

No. It prepares administrative work, summarizes what the patient sent, and shows the source. It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend treatment, or replace clinical judgment. Your team decides what happens.

How much setup and training will our team need?

Setup help and support are included. We help you connect the clinic's WhatsApp, get your team signed in, and choose the right settings. Patients keep using WhatsApp, so there is no new patient portal to teach.

Who is responsible for patient data under the law?

Your clinic is the data controller and ClinDesk is the processor, which means you decide what is collected and why, and we handle it only on your instructions. Telling you where the data goes does not move our duties onto you: security measures, breach notification, and a data processing agreement stay ours. Ask us for the agreement and we will send it.

What is included, and can we cancel?

Free covers the whole clinic with a monthly allowance of assistant work, unlimited messages and patients, and iOS, Android, and web access for the team. Pro removes the allowance. Upgrade on the web, where your local price and any tax appear at checkout. Cancel anytime and the clinic returns to Free with its records intact.

Give your clinic its own assistant.
